We're seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development of Mergers & Acquisition who's passionate about identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing strategic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
• Support long-term strategic planning initiatives and corporate objectives
• Source and evaluate potential acquisition, merger, investment, and divestiture opportunities.
• Develop target company profiles and acquisition pipelines.
• Conduct preliminary screening and strategic assessments of potential transactions
• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Performing other duties assigned by Company.

Qualifications:

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Solid understanding of market analysis, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience evaluating investment, acquisition, and partnership opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and deal execution skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to support long-term growth initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and financial tools proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What we offer:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
• Compensation: Base salary plus commissions
