Senior Manager/Supervisor
We're seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales who's passionate about generating new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities through various channels. To succeed in this role and meet or exceed quota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate communication with Customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.
- Ensuring Internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts.
- Develop and build upon current business with clients
- Negotiate pricing and assess rate competitiveness and service regularly.
- Monitor and assess customer portfolio, continually strengthening relationships with existing customers
Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What we offer:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
- Compensation: Base salary plus commissions
