Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and operational activities
- Assist sales and business development teams with customer follow-ups and communication
- Help monitor shipments and provide track & trace support
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support reporting, scheduling, and documentation processes
- Collaborate with multiple departments in day-to-day logistics operations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Interest in logistics, transportation, and sales operations
